Being physically active does not mean you have to do boring workouts. You do not have
to join a gym or be in a sports team to be physically active. Physical activities can include
everyday things such as walking your dog, vacuuming or sweeping, cycling to school, skating,
or climbing a flight of stairs (Figure16.29).
