The following image depicts part of the barrier constructed along the border between
the United States and Mexico from Yuma, Arizona, to Calexico, California. The fifteen-
foot-tall fence was constructed as part of the Secure Fence Act of 2006 and was intended
to stem the flow of drugs and illegal immigrants from Mexico into border states.
