If ever you are stumped by
a geometry problem that
deals with a quadrilateral,
hexagon, or other polygon,
look for the triangles that
you can form by drawing
lines through the figure.


  1. An equilateral triangle is one in which all three sides are equal in length.


Because the angles  opposite    equal   sides   are also    equal,  all three   angles  in  an  equilateral triangle
are equal too. (Their measures are always 60 degrees each.)
