States, it’s summer in Australia, and we’re all the same distance from the sun!
(^2) It can be shown that for a planet in a stable, circular orbit, the kinetic energy is half the absolute value of the potential energy. This isn’t
something important enough to memorize, but it might help you out sometime if you happen to remember.
