received positive feedback, too, with PCMag

the CPU and GPU to their presumptive limits,
the Mac mini was whisper quiet,” and adding
that “There was no point in external thermal
testing because the chassis was barely warm
to the touch, anywhere on the surface, even
at peak activity.”

M1 chip, too, with Marques Brownlee telling
subscribers that it was “time to think
differently about laptops” following Apple’s
innovations, whilst iJustine recommended
users opt for the 13-inch MacBook Pro or
the Mac mini to truly take advantage of the
performance available on the M1, though
agreed that the cheapest $999 MacBook Air
M1 upgrade was significant. ShortCircuit’s
in-depth review revealed some interesting
benchmark data on the new MacBook Air, with
the host revealing that he was “impressed”
with the new machine, and popular tech
YouTuber Lew Later said that the new M1
chip would “shock the tech world”.
