CHAMPIONSHIP

The Championship was organized by the University Sports

Federation of Serbia in cooperation with University of Niš

between July 22 and 25, 2009 in Niš. The Championship

was well attended, with over 90 participants, representing 21

teams, although the sport was also featured at the Summer

Universiade organised in Belgrade earlier in the same month.

The participants were also invited to participate in the next

year’s championship in Kazan, Russia which will be one of

the first steps in preparation for the Summer Universiade

2013 in Kazan. Champions became:
