1 st EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY BADMINTON CHAMPIONSHIP
45 competitors from nine European countries participated in
the 1st European University Badminton Championship, which
was organised in Krakow, Poland between September 23 and
26, 2004. The competition was held in the Bronowianka
Sports Hall and was organised by the AZS Poland and AZS
Krakow. The tournament was marked by the domination of
the players from the University of Ljubljana, who won gold
medals in all categories. Beside the sports program, all the
participants could enjoy the rich social program as well as
sightseeing of the city of Krakow and its surroundings. The
European University Champions became:
