Thiscavelooksoutoveramuchlargercave.Hanging
frompegsatthebackoftheoverlookarefour
ferocious-lookingwoodenmasksandfourcapes
madeofscalydinosaurhidedyedbrightred.
WhenthekoboldshavetributeforTinderorneedthe
dragon’sadviceorapproval,theysendtheirfawning,
grovelingemissariestothisledgeoverlookingthedragon’slair.
Thekoboldsdontheceremonialwoodenmasksandcapes
beforeaddressingtheiroverlord.
Ifcharactersputonthemasksandcapesbeforepeering
intoarea 14 ,andtheymakethemselvesseemkobold-sized,
