Chapter 7
Coordinate Geometry
A typical SAT Mathematics subject test has about five coordinate geometry
questions. But that’s counting just the questions that are primarily about
coordinate geometry. A lot of trigonometry and functions questions assume
an understanding of coordinate geometry. In fact, the material in this chapter
is relevant to approximately 20 percent of Math 1 questions.
