IN AMERICA?

NO. HERE’S WHY.

Today antitrust is designed to protect consumers by promoting

competition in the marketplace, which fosters American innovation and

leads to lower prices and better products and services.

Some in Washington want to use antitrust to punish companies simply

because of their size—essentially penalizing success. The U.S. economy

cannot thrive in an environment of uncertainty where antitrust is used

to pick winners and losers in the market. These changes would strip

away consumers’ power, cripple innovation, and undermine job creation

across multiple industries.

America is home to the world’s most dynamic economy. Let’s not stifle it.
