always shield yourself from the sun’s powerful rays by wearing protective
clothing, sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen with a rating of at least SPF 15.Many children and adults drown every year in water-related accidents. Swimming in a
pool, lake, or ocean can prove dangerous and even fatal if not done with caution. When
in the water, stay safe by following a few simple rules:- Always swim where a lifeguard is on duty.
