INGREDIENTS
2 kiwis, chopped •
small handful of baby
spinach • 5 mint leaves
- apple juice, to top up
METHOD
1 | This one’s easy. Just
grab a blender, chuck
in the kiwi, spinach
and mint, and blitz.
2 | Divide between 4
ice lolly moulds and
pour in as much apple
juice as needed to fill
the moulds – make
sure everything’s
mixed well. Add an ice
lolly stick and freeze
overnight or for at
least 4 hrs. Beats a
Magnum (almost).
