A typical day:
Each day is

every single
morning, I stretch
and go over my
whole body with
a dry brush.
Skincare
philosophy:
Keep it simple.
Skincare non-
negotiable: A splash of ice water
on my face every morning to boost
lymphatic drainage, and a camomile
tea compress each evening.
Main skincare concern: I travel a
lot, and my skin has a tendency to
dry out on long-distance flights.1
