WELCOME
TO THE
WELLNESS
PART Y
Last month, we took over North
London for three days with 6,000
of our closest friends for the first
ever Women’s Health Live
ragging about the
atmosphere at a party
you’ve thrown is a social
faux pas akin to the likes
of boring your mates with
your holiday pics and
excusing yourself just as the bill shows up.
So humour us while we tell you about the
greatest wellness party on earth – because
it happened on our watch. Didn’t make it to
Women’s Health Live – a three-day fitness,
nutrition and wellness festival with all the
credibility and expertise you’ve come to
expect from WH? You missed Jada Sezer
and Bryony Gordon taking to the stage in
their knickers to help us launch Project
Body Love – our new campaign calling for
an end to negative body talk – you missed
Olympic champion Jessica Ennis-Hill
leading a workout for over 200 people, and
you missed US fitness powerhouse Jillian
Michaels in conversation with WH Editor-
In-Chief (and superfan) Claire Sanderson.
Should you have ventured over to the
Science and Nutrition stage – having topped
up your free Tetley Cold Infusions water
bottle, of course – you’d have learned how
to have better orgasms and how to future-
proof your gut health. Oh, and if crystals are
your thing, you’d have been happier than an
influencer who’s just hit 10k in our Zen Den,
where we read chakras, set morning rituals
and meditated. Fashion more your bag?
You could have stocked up on some workout
gear from Harvey Nichols. So, stick us in
your diary for 2020, yeah? Better yet, sign
up to make sure you’re the first to hear
about next year’s festival at hearstlive.co.uk.
If for no other reason than to save yourself
the eye-roll when we start every story
with ‘you had to be there...’
