Makea quiltsandwichbyplacingthe

backingfabricrightsidedown,thebatting

ontop,thenplacethequilttopcentrally

andrightsideup.Bastethelayers

together using your preferred method.

diagonalcrosshatchacrossthequilt,

using the seams to keep them even. Trim

offtheexcessbattingandbacking fabric

andsquare up the quilt.

Sewthebindingstripstogether

end-to-endusingdiagonalseams.

Presstheseamsopenandtrimthedog

ears.Foldin halflengthways, wrong sides

together, and press.

Sewthebindingtotherightsideof the

quilt,creatinga neatmitreat each

corner.Foldthebindingovertothebackof

the quilt and hand stitch in place to finish.
