Whilethesun’sshining,andthegardenfullof blooms,I’vebeenresearchingcolour
therapy– I’mfascinatedbytheideathatthecoloursyouchooseforyourclothes,or
thewallsin yourhome,canhaveaneffectonthewayyoufeel.I lovethebeautyof
rainbows,thetonalcomplexitiesof FairIsle,thepurefunof kaleidoscopesandthe
wonderfulnewwaveof variegatedyarnshittingtheshelves.Ofcourse,noteveryone
subscribesto colourtherapy,andI completelyunderstandtheirscepticism,butfrom
a personalperspective,I lovethewayI feelwhenI adda vibrantscarfto a plain
outfit– it givesmea skipin mystep,a smileonmyfaceand sometimes a little more
confidencefortheday,andto methat’spowerfulstuff!
