Bend your left knee
and extend your left
leg behind you, placing

yourlefttoes.
Drive your left knee
toward your chest,
bringingyourright
elbowtoyourknee(A).
Re-extendyourleft
legbehindyou.
Continue as fast as
you can for 30 seconds,
then switch sides (B).
