As you breathe a long breath out, make the
sound, directing it at the organ related to
theemotionyou’refeeling.Visualisethe
organorareaasyoubreathe,sendit
happyvibesandimaginestaleenergy

pointsalongthemeridianchannelsis said
torestorea goodflowofqi. Forexample,

acrossyourchestandupanddownyour
arms,tofollowtheheartandlungmeridians.
