CHAPTER 24 ■ BODY BUILDING

Here are the steps for installation:

1. Place a nylon washer on the 1½-inch long #4-40 screw. This washer prevents the
   screw head from ripping through the thin plastic of the container.


2. Insert the screw into one of the holes previously drilled in the container for the
   circuit board.


3. Place a nylon washer on the other side of the screw so that the thin plastic of the
   container is sandwiched between nylon washers on the screw.


4. Add a 1-inch long spacer or two ½-inch spacers.


5. Complete steps 1 through 4 for the other screws.


6. Attach all of the switches, motors, and other parts to the circuit board via the
   Molex connectors.


7. Place the circuit board into the body, nudging and positioning so that all four of
   the screws pass through their corresponding holes on the circuit board.
