The set screw is tapped, installed, and tightened through a hole in the rim (see Figure B-15).
Alternatively, the center of the hub could extend far enough out to clear the rim; however this would
increase the total width of the wheel.


Treading Lightly


To create a tread, I designed a printed tool that rotates around the center of the hub to spread rubber evenly
around the rim (see Figure B-16). I applied white Sugru silicone rubber and then spread it with the tool.
