Statement of Educational Purpose
I understand my rights and responsibilities. I declare that I will use any funds
I receive under the Pell Grant, SEOG, College Work-Study, Perkins Loan, Stafford
Student Loan, PLUS Loan, or any funds administered by the Bunkerschnives Uni-
versity Financial Planning Office solely for the expenses contacted with attendance
at Bunkerschnives University. I further understand that I am responsible for repay-
ment of the prorated amount of any portion of payments made which cannot be
attributed to meeting educational expenses related to attendance at Bunkerschnives
University.
You will not receive Title IV financial aid unless you complete the following
statement:
h I certify that I am not required to register with the Selective Service,
because (check one):
h I am a female.
h I am in the armed services on active duty (Note: members of the
National Guard are not considered on active duty).
h I have not reached my eighteenth birthday.
h I was born before 1960.
h I am a permanent resident of the Trust Territory of the Pacific Islands
or the Northern Mariana Islands.
h I certify that I am registered with Selective Service.
I accept the awards above, and hereby authorize Bunkerschnives University to
directly credit my account with the applicable state, federal, college, and/or outside
agency funds, as, and when appropriate, in accordance with current regulations. I
further certify that I am not in default on any educational loan and that I do not
owe a refund on any grant funds previously received to attend Bunkerschnives Uni-
versity. I certify that if I receive a Pell Grant, as condition of my Pell Grant, I will
not engage in unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensation, possession, or use
of a controlled substance during the period covered by my Pell Grant.
I further understand I must maintain full-time enrollment (12 hours or more)
each semester to receive the Bunkerschnives Grant, Recognition Award, Sibling
Grant, Alumni Grant, Diversity Grant, and International Award. I will refer to the
Bunkerschnives Undergraduate Bulletin for refund policies pertaining to state, fed-
eral, and institutional financial aid, should I withdraw or go less than full-time.
