Draw one line under the subject and two lines under the predicate.
Example: Ted rode his bike and played ball.
- Scott and Matt worked on the book.
- Jim and James ate cake and ice cream.
- Bobby and Fay will train and work out.
- Chester and Clementine ran around the barnyard.
- Paula and Jane will plant flowers.
