Advance Preparation
Prepare a copy of Instructional Master 2A-1 for each student. Refer to
it as Response Card 2 (The Three Little Pigs). Students can use this
Response Card for discussion, for review, and to answer questions.
For Introducing “The Three Little Pigs,” bring in examples of straw, sticks,
and brick for students to see and touch. You may wish to set up “building
stations” where students can try to build with the materials. Have
students talk about the differences between the materials.
