STEP FOUR: You can add depth
using Structure in the Tone section
of Tone & Color. Bearing in mind the
final vision, a fairly high amount of
50 is suitable for this image.
STEP FIVE: Next, go to Effects, and
add the Black & White filter.
STEP SIX: The main concepts here
are to make use of the existing color
in the image. Mostly it’s darkening
the yellow from the sodium-vapor
and the sky. For Tone, try Auto.
Finally, add Film Grain to taste.
