S T EP 11: Reveal another smart object layer and
make it the active layer. Activate Free Transform
again and then Right-click inside the bounding
box and choose Distort. Drag the leaf into position,
and then drag the control points to give the leaf
some perspective. Since the layer is a smart
object, you don’t have to worry about the quality
being affected as you manipulate the object.
Press Enter when done.

STEP 12: Repeat this same process for two
more of the smart object layers. Be sure to
not only slightly distort the leaves but also pay
attention to their scale relative to the model.
They don’t need to be perfectly to scale, but
close. We’ll place the remaining two leaves
behind the model but first we need to extract
her from the background.

STEP 13: Back in the Layers panel, click on the
Background layer, which contains our subject.
Go under the Select menu and choose Subject.
Since the subject will remain in place, we can skip
the Select and Mask workspace and simply press
Command-J (PC: Ctrl-J) to copy the selection
to a new layer.
Drag the extracted subject layer up into the
layer group folder with the leaves. Also, rearrange
the layers in the group folder so the remaining
two leaves are below the subject in the layer
stack. Then turn those layers back on.
