Most people never touch their monitor
controls, which is understandable
because the defaultconfiguration is
usually adequate for most lighting
conditions, andyour eyes quickly get
used to how the screen is set up.That

with the settings, though, because it can
benefityour eyesight and helpto prevent
headaches.
