her two million followers had any

doubts — she posted a formal holi-

day photo with the businessman,

captioning it, “It’s OFFICIAL.”

Now sources tell Star that the Real

Housewife, mom to four teen

daughters, is ready to take the next

step with her new guy after just

two months of dating. “That’s long

enough for Teresa to know it’s the

real deal,” says an insider. “Luis is

everything she’s looking for — he’s

financially stable, he’s sweet and

generous and romantic, and, with

two kids of his own, he gets along

with her four girls.”

While the 48-year-old is stepping

up her romance with the EVP at

Digital Media Solutions in Clear-

water, Fla., Teresa’s ex Joe Giudice

couldn’t resist flaunting his own.

The same day “Tre” went Insta-of-

ficial, Joe, who was deported to his

native Italy following a prison stint

for fraud, posted a pic of a woman

presumed to be his new girlfriend

(alongside a quote from Eat, Pray,

Love author, Elizabeth Gilbert).

“She’s an attorney,” the insider says.

“Things are moving along nicely.”

And things might start moving

faster for Teresa. She and Louie

“have already talked about living

together,” spills the insider. Despite

being traditional, adds the pal,

“Teresa doesn’t expect a ring — it’s

a little too soon for that, consider-

ing her divorce from Joe was

recently finalized.” Until then,

her new guy seems to be

satisfying the wish list Teresa

put out during the RHONJ

reunion in March. “I want

someone to talk sweet to me

and be gentle,” she told Bra-

vo’s Andy Cohen. “I want to

be beautiful to him.”★
