Prohibition went into effect on January 17, 1920—and there’s probably
no better place to mark the 100th anniversary than High West Saloon
in Park City, UT. Aside from being the only ski-in, ski-out whiskey
distillery in America, High West is located in a part of the country that has deep
ties to Prohibition: Utah officially ended the dry period when the state ratifying
