t’s a Monday morning in

Food Network’s New York City

test kitchen, and Anne Burrell is

amped up and ready to cook. She’s

surrounded by cameras, but this is

host an interactive cooking class that

will be streamed live to thousands of

home cooks. She and everyone else

in the room know that anything can

happen. The live class is part of a

massive effort to bring Food Network

Rachael Ray hold live cooking demos

while viewers across the country
