Pineapple–


Passion Fruit


Margarita
Combine 1½ ounces each
reposado tequila and pineapple
juice, 1 ounce thawed frozen
passion fruit puree, ½ ounce
orange-flavored liqueur (such
as Cointreau) and ¼ ounce
each fresh lime juice and light
agave syrup in a shaker with ice;
shake to chill. Strain into a short
glass filled with ice. Garnish
with a pineapple wedge.

Frozen Grape and


Mint Margarita


Put ½ cup seedless green grapes on a plate and
freeze until firm, at least 2 hours. Transfer to a
blender and add ¼ cup packed fresh mint,
2 ounces silver tequila, ½ ounce fresh lime
juice, 1 teaspoon superfine sugar and ½ cup ice;
blend until thick and smooth, adding more
ice as needed. Garnish with a grape.


Frozen


Dragon Fruit


Margarita
Combine one 3½-ounce package frozen
unsweetened dragon fruit puree, 2 ounces
silver tequila, 1 ounce each light agave syrup
and fresh lime juice, ¼ teaspoon grated
lime zest and 1 cup ice in a blender;
blend until thick and smooth. Serve in
a salt-rimmed glass.
