Bright Ideas

Candy melts are the secret to some of Instagram’s
biggest dessert trends: cake pops, unicorn bark,
mermaid treats. They aren’t for purists—they’re faux
white chocolate tinted with food coloring—but they melt
like a dream, and they make us want to drizzle,
dip and decorate just about everything.
