What I Eat?
If you grew up in a Jewish family, you might have spent
your childhood Christmases like Joshua Pollack did: eating
Chinese food and going to the movies. Pollack, who now owns
Rosenberg’s Bagels & Delicatessen in Aurora, CO, decided to
bring back the tradition with a Jewish-Chinese fusion menu
for Christmas Eve and a holiday movie screening. For the
fifth annual celebration this year, his menu will include
dishes like kung pao pastrami and these Reuben egg rolls.
In the true spirit of the holidays, all proceeds will go to local
charities that work to end hunger.
