ROASTED POTATOES WITH SAGE ACTIVE: 15 min l TOTAL: 35 min l SERVES: 6


2 pounds small red potatoes, halved
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
½ cup small fresh sage leaves
Flaky salt



  1. Place a baking sheet on the bottom rack
    of the oven and preheat to 425 ̊. Toss
    the potatoes with 2 tablespoons olive oil,
    2 teaspoons kosher salt and a few grinds
    of pepper in a large bowl.
    2. Brush the hot pan with the remaining
    2 tablespoons olive oil and sprinkle
    with the sage leaves. Add the potatoes
    cut-side down. Roast until fork-tender,
    about 20 minutes. Sprinkle with flaky salt.
