For Starters...
Turn your extra pie dough into homemade crackers
for Thanksgiving: Just roll out the dough (store-bought or
homemade) between 2 floured sheets of parchment paper until
it’s extra thin. Remove the top sheet of parchment, then slice
the dough into 1½-inch squares using a pizza cutter or knife.
Slide the parchment and dough squares onto a baking sheet.
Separate the dough squares slightly, then brush with beaten egg
and sprinkle lightly with poultry seasoning and salt. Bake at
400 ̊ until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
