whisktheeggyolksina largemixing
bowlwith75gofthesugaruntil

togetherina separatelargebowl,
thenfoldintheeggyolkmixture
usinga spatula,alongwiththe flour
andhalfthemarmalade.

bowl, use an electric mixer (clean
