Gingercitrusfizz

MAKES 1. HANDS-ON TIME 10 MIN

In a jug or cocktail shaker, mix 30ml elderflower cordial

(I like Sainsbury’s Taste the Difference), 10ml each

freshly squeezed lime juice and clementine juice and

1 tsp freshly grated ginger , then strain into a tall

glass tumbler half-filled with ice. Top up with 120ml

cold sparkling water, then add 1-2 lime slices to serve.

PER SERVING 75kcals, 0.1g fat (no saturated), 0.2g protein,

18.5g carbs (18.1g sugars), no salt, 0.1g fibre
