- 2 x 400gtinsbutterbeans,
drainedandrinsed - 4 x 120gsustainablecodfillets,
skinless,cutinto3cmchunks - 4 sheetsfilopastry(we used
Jus-Rol), halved- 2 tbspoliveoilforbrushing
- 300gsteamedtenderstem
broccoli to serve
1 Heattheovento220°C/200°Cfan/
gas7. Heata mediumsaucepan
overa medium-highheat,frythe
chorizofor3-4minutesuntil crisp,
thentransfertoa plate.
2 Addtheonionwitha pinch
ofsaltandfryfor7-8minutesuntil
softening,thenstirinthegarlic
andpaprikaandfryfor2 minutes
more.Addthetinnedtomatoes
andthymesprigs,returnthe
chorizotothepan,thensimmer
gently for 10 minutes.
3 After 10 minutes,removethe
thymesprigs,stirinthebutter
beansandcod,thentransfertoa
mediumbakingdish(about20cm).
4 Scrunchupeachpieceoffiloand
arrangeoverthetopofthefilling
asa pietop,tryingnottooverlap
thepiecestoomuch.Lightly
brushthepastrywiththeoil,then
bakethepiefor 15 minutesuntil
thepastryisgoldenandcrispand
thepieisbubblingattheedges.
