Waffly desirable

I’ve tested several waffle pans over the years and none has made

it to these pages because they’ve been disasters of stuck-on,

overflowing batter, too heavy to lift, impossible to clean. Until

now. This pan is non-stick, deep enough for a generous amount of

batter and makes beautiful heart-shaped waffles (see my pic). It’s

solid yet not heavy and it unhinges for easy cleaning so waffles

come away sharp-edged and golden. Well done, Nordicware.

Worth the £89 price tag as you’ll

use it again and again.
