1 Heatthegrilltohigh,thenmixthe
harissawiththehoneytomakea
marinade.Lightlyslashthechicken
thighs,thenbrush all over with
themarinade.
2 Setthechickenasidefor
10 minutestomarinate(longer
if youhavetime),thenputthethighs
ona lightlyoiledbakingsheetand
grillfor12-15minutes,turning
halfwaythrough,untilstickyand
cookedthrough.Meanwhile,heat
thericeaccording to the pack
instructions.

3 Blanchthemangetoutinboiling
waterfor2 minutes,drainandhalve
lengthways,thenstirintothe
ricealongwiththespringonions
andcoriander.Serve with the
stickychicken.
