from Shetland, one of the stars of a
new campaign spearheaded by the Marine Stewardship Council. The MSC
is launching the UK’s first Sustainable Seafood Week (10-17 September)
to highlight the importance of protecting our seas for the future. According to
the UN, 33 per cent of the world’s fish stocks are currently overfished, with
60 per cent being fished at maximum capacity.
