THE ART
OF ESCA PE
In these home-focused times,
are you dreaming about the
faraway trips you’ve had and
would like to have again one
day? The Travel Edit website
sells a wide range of travel
posters of much-loved
destinations all over the world
from £14–£22 depending on
size. They come unframed as
they fit standard frame sizes.

Supermodel kit
It’s not often something arrives for testing that makes me stand back
and say ‘Wow’. Admittedly that was in the middle of excitement-
deprived lockdown, but this enamelled cast iron pan is a beauty. It’s
shaped for fish (hence the design on the lid), comes with all the Staub
characteristics – hobsafe, oven-safe and easy to clean – and of course
you can cook anything in it, not just fish. Now for the price tag: at £
it’s spenny, but with Staub you’re buying quality set to last a lifetime.

BARBECUE TO YOU
Fed up with every-single-night cooking but nervous about
eating out? You need to try the nationwide home-delivery
kits from London barbecue restaurant Smokestak. I admire
restaurants doing home delivery but some require an
un-work-addled brain to get from packets/tubs to table,
whereas this parcel of loveliness, available for delivery
on Fridays only (chilled and vac-packed), requires nothing
more than this: heat, toast, slice, assemble, eat, sigh. We
tried the sticky slow-cooked brisket, which is fall-apart
tender and comes with soft brioche buns, pickled chillies,
a smoky-rich sauce – and a Spotify playlist to set the mood.
It’s one heck of a treat. £29 (serves 4); smokestakshop.co.uk
