1 Makethecrumbleathome.Heat
theovento180°C/160°Cfan/gas4.
Ina bowl,mixtheoats,almonds,
coconutandsesameseedswiththe
brownsugaruntilcombined.Melt
thehoneyandcoconutoiltogether
ina smallpanovera lowheat,then
pourit overtheoatmixture.Stir
welluntilevenlycombined.
2 Spreadthemixtureina single
layeronthepreparedbakingtray,
thenbakefor15-20minutes,stirring
every5 minutesorsotoensure
evenbrowning.Oncethemixtureis
golden,removefromtheovenand
setasidetocoolcompletely.Break
it upandstoreina plasticcontainer.
3 Layerup2 piecesoffoiltomake 4
squares.Pulluptheedgesofthefoil
a littletoformbowlshapes.Divide
thefruitevenlyamongthem,then
adda teaspoonofsugaranda piece
ofvanillapodtoeachone.Drawthe
edgesupandovercompletely,then
foldthefoiledgestightly,sealing

grillovera firepitorona barbecue,
thencookfor5-10minutesdepending
ontheheat.You’llheartheparcels
sizzlingawaynicely.Oncethefruit
hassoftened,divideamongbowls
(orleaveinthefoil)andserve
toppedwitha dollopofthecreamand
plentyofcrunchycrumbletopping.
