ageingthespiritinwoodenbarrels.

wifeAisling,afterhisfatherdiedin
2010.“Wehavea strongblossom-
to-bottleethoshere,usingonly
ciderapplesthatwe’vegrown
ourselvesandusingonly 100
percentjuice.Noconcentrates,
nowater,noaddedpreservatives,
noaddedsugarsandnoadded
sulphates.It’sa totallynaturalcider.
We take great pride in being as

sustainableaspossiblewitha huge
respectfortheterroirand
environment.Wedon’tuseany
pesticidesorchemicalsinthe
orchardsorontheapples.”
