gutbacteria(microbiome),addinguptomillionsofdatapoints.
Tomysurprise,everyoneinthestudyrespondeddifferentlytothe
samefood,evenidenticaltwins.Thisshowsthatgenesplayonlya small
part,andthereis noonerightwaytoeat.Weneedtomovetowards
a morepersonalisedviewofnutritioninformedbythewayeachperson’s
uniquebodyworks,ratherthandoggedlyfollowingone-size-fits-all
dietguidelinesoradvicefromsocialmedia‘influencers’.
