in the know.

The UK launch of bookshop.org
has made headlines and for good
reason. It’s a platform for over 300
independent bookshops to help
readers avoid online shopping giants
andsupportsmall businesses instead. Buy via
your local store’s ‘shop front’ and it’ll get all
profits from any sale, or order from the main
site and 10% will be split across them all. So
far it’s generated over £300K for local shops.
