All 1932-1948 Fords have the same 3/8" square shank for door handles & window cranks. So you can use ’37s on your ’46.

These handles also fit many non-Fords. 1940 Deluxe styles must use 1940 Deluxe door-escutcheons due to larger shaft

housing on handles and cranks.
