BOLT-ON CHASSIS
1941 through 1948 Ford cars all used the same basic
chassis frame, with only minor changes to bracing and
brackets through these years.
The 1941 model is often forgotten by other suppliers of
chassis components, as most list chassis parts to fit only
1942-48. This trend simply comes from the limited room
within the ’41 front fenders, which calls for a little added
care and planning in selecting the proper front wheel off-
set and tire sizes.
The Drake Team offers all of the same, cool bolt-
on chassis technology for the ’41 too
because they’re beautiful cars
that can be made to drive
and handle just as well
as any later or
earlier year
Fords.
