Designed for approximate axle housing diameters of 3" like Ford

8" or 9" and others. Works great with Ford Explorer rear axle

with minor modification to U-bolts or by welding the mounts

directly to axle housing. Offers good clearance for rear disc brakes.

Recommended for use with Lincoln Versailles rear axle.
