OIL COOLERS & ACCESSORIES

Three Way Thermostatic Valves

Typical applications: Hydraulic power units. Diverting mode 110 F, air com-
pressors. Mixing mode 140 F, mobile oil coolers. Diverting mode 110 F and
radiators. Diverting mode 190 F. Optional port sizes available.

Thermal Bypass Assembly

Ideally suited for hydrostatic drive circuits which require

fast warm up, controlled fluid temp and low return line back

pressure. When installed in the return line of a hydraulic

circuit that employs an oil cooler, will modulate fluid temp

by either shifting return line flow through the cooler or

bypassing directly to the reservoir. Relief valve set at 65

PSI - operating pressure 250 PSI. Proof pressure 300 PSI.

Max operating temp shift temp + 75° F. Max GPM flow 60.

Thermal Transfer™ Oil Coolers AOC Series

Operating pressure 300 PSI. Heat removal up to 160 HP. AC motors are 3
phase/230/240 volt, 1/4 HP. Thermal performance is based on ISO 32 oil
with 40F approach (oil temperature out - ambient air temp.).

MAXIM™ Temperature Switches

Bi-Metal temperature switch with a factory set point. The switch is used for protection of all

types of internal combustion engines, pumps, compressors, gear boxes, hydraulic reservoirs,

marine and industrial power plants. Max temp: 400 F; Max probe pressure: 1000 PSI; Probe

length: 1”; Marterial: Brass; Tightening torque: 14.4 ft-lbs; Port size: SAE 8, 3/4-16.

Compact Programmable Temperature Sensor

This combined sensor and controller is designed to mount directly to the heat
exchanger. It provides accurate temperature control by cycling the electric
cooling fan to maintain desired oil temperature. The single housing reduces
wiring and mechanical installation. A push-button and set of LEDS is provided
to indicate and select the oil temperature setting. 25 Amp rating.
