This winch motor is designed to replace Pierce
recovery winches specifically. This will not work on
your PS654 Series Pierce Winch.

PIERCE™ Motor For PS9000/PS12000

Replace the can, mechanical-style solenoids with a com-
pact-style. Includes one compact solenoid, two field wires, one
positive wire, one armature wire with boots and eyes, plug wires
with spade connections, ground wire, female plug, plastic cover
and metal base. This assembly is pre-wired and ready for installa-
tion. Just connect your field wires to F1 and F2 and the armature
to the motor. Connect the positive to the battery. Use your previ-
ous assembly’s bolts to attach the PS528C-N.

PIERCE™ 12 Volt Winch Solenoid

The 12V solenoid with two silver contacts (one normally

open, one normally closed) extends the life span of the unit

and prevents sticking. Can be used in the PS528C solenoid

assembly of a PS654 winch. Use with 12V applications.

This 12V three post winch motor will replace most Pierce Arrow,

Ramsey, Viking, Desert Dynamic and Thor worm drive winch

motors. Standard equipment for Pierce winches. Runs at 1.5 hp.

Includes high temperature components, fore and aft ball bearings,

and 3/4” shaft cut for woodruff key. The two parallel posts are

fields while the post in the rear is the armature.
